What documents can I track?
Starter plans include warranty tracking. Pro and Enterprise plans add lien waivers, certificates of insurance (COIs), and other closeout documents. All plans include automatic extraction from PDFs and photos.
What happens after the free trial?
After 30 days or 50 documents (whichever comes first), choose the plan that fits your needs. Your existing documents and data are preserved when you upgrade.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade anytime. No long-term contracts. Annual billing saves you 2 months (pay for 10, get 12).
Are team members really unlimited?
Yes, all plans include unlimited users at no extra cost. Add your whole team, your subs, your auditors — everyone who needs access.
What if I go over my document limit?
We'll let you know when you're approaching your limit. You can upgrade to a higher plan or pay $1.50/doc overage on Starter, $1.00/doc on Pro.
